Brad Ganor received a promotion to Assistant Athletic Director in July 2016. Ganor has served as the Head Baseball Coach, since 2005. His teams have a 432-155-2 overall record. During his tenure, the team has been to the State Final Four 9 times, winning the Division I State Title in 2002, to go along with over 100 college commitments, 60 at the Division I level. Ten players have been drafted since Ganor took over as head coach. Ganor recently concluded his 26th year as a coach and teacher/administrator.

On June 9, 2019, the Wildcats made history, winning the OHSAA Division I State Championship, the second in program history and Ganor's first as head coach. In the 2024 season, Ganor won his 400th career game with a 2-1 victory over St. Xavier.

Ganor received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cleveland State University in 1998 and a Master’s Degree in Education from CSU in 2008. Ganor was a four-year varsity letter winner as a pitcher for the Viking baseball team.  

Ganor has been married to his wife, Nicole, for the past 23 years. They have two children, Dominic '28 and Luke, and they reside in Fairview Park.
