Brad Ganor was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director at Saint Ignatius High School in July 2016 and has served as the school’s Head Baseball Coach since 2005. During his tenure leading the Wildcats, Ganor has compiled a 432-155-2 overall record and continues to help Saint Ignatius be one of Ohio’s premier high school baseball programs. Prior to taking over the program in 2005, Ganor served as an assistant to Brian Morgan ’93 dating back to 1999.
Under his leadership, the Wildcats have reached the OHSAA Division I State Final Four seven times and captured the 2019 OHSAA Division I State Championship, the second state title in program history and Ganor’s first as head coach. His teams have also helped over 100 players continue their careers at the collegiate level, including more than 60 at the Division I level, while ten players have been selected in the MLB Draft during his tenure.
In the 2024 season, Ganor reached another milestone by recording his 400th career victory, a 2-1 win over St. Xavier.
Ganor recently concluded his 27th year as a coach, teacher, and administrator at Saint Ignatius.
A graduate of Cleveland State University, Ganor earned his Bachelor of Education degree in 1998 and later completed his Master’s Degree in Education in 2008. While at CSU, he was a four-year varsity letter winner as a pitcher for the Vikings baseball team.
Brad and his wife, Nicole, have been married for 23 years and reside in Fairview Park, Ohio with their two children, Dominic ’28 and Luke ‘30.
